Yup, you read that correctly.

At Lime Out VI, you can anchor your boat and hang out in the middle of the Caribbean sea, drinking cocktails and munching on some delicious tacos.

Step 1. Anchor your boat or rent kayaks.

Step 2. Swim over to their floating bar seats.

Step 3. Enjoy the best tacos & cocktails of your life with friends & family.

I was able to catch up with Chelsea from Lime Out, asking her why they started.

She says they “saw a need for more USVI boater options,” so they set out and created their vision.

It’s a pretty innovative concept. I mean, they really thought of it all.

One of the best parts is that they’re environmentally friendly.

Focusing on “Reusable cups, biodegradable containers, and safe reuse practices, so that our visitors and locals alike can enjoy the beauty of the East End of St. John for years to come.”

Pretty awesome, right?!
