Glamping has officially been taken to another level in the Maldives.

Sleeping on the beach, under the stars can literally become your reality, thanks to the company, Sky Bubbles based out of Spain.

They’ve already installed several bubble tents all around the world, but today we’re going to be focusing on the ones in the Maldives.

Let’s take a look at one of their bubbles at ‘The Small Maldives Island Co‘ in Finolhu, Maldives.

It’s nestled on a secluded part of Finolhu’s sandbank, far away from the noise of the island’s 1 OAK Beach Club.

By now, you probably have some questions about these bubble tents, right?

Here are some of the most common questions about the bubbles.

Don’t these beach bubbles get hot?

This is probably the most common question they get, especially since they install them in tropical climates.

In most cases, there are portable air condition units within the bubble. These bubbles aren’t that big, so it’s not that hard to control the temperature.

Do they have a plastic smell?

Nope, these bubbles are free from ‘phthalates’ which are the main cause of that plastic smell.

Are they actually safe?

Sky Bubbles ran many tests with professional engineers to ensure these bubble tents are safe. They can withstand up to 100 km/h or 62 mp/h wind gusts, so there’s no need to worry.
